The 5th International Workshop “Photogrammetric and computer vision techniques for infrastructure monitoring, biometrics and biomedicine” is intended to offer presentations and discussions platform of novel achievements in photogrammetric and computer vision researches in this scientific area. 

This workshop is the fifth in a row after the successful editions in 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. This year PSBB23 is organized by ISPRS WG II/8, State Research Institute of Aviation System (GosNIIAS, Russia) and the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT, Russia).

We invite researchers to submit the original contributions, as well as demonstrations of successful applications in accordance with (but not limited to) the following technical areas
